You were nothing but a worthless lump of meat they tried to discard. Hunt, devour, and evolve into a monstrous abomination of your own creation as you navigate through the brutal underground complex that made you.
Stealth, Slaughter, or Mercy - the choice is yours. Skulk in the shadows as a silent ghost, turn the sterile halls into a blood-soaked slaughterhouse, or show restraint and spare those who stand in your way. Collect biomass to unlock powerful mutations that shape your evolution. Your choices determine what kind of monster you become.
This is horror with roguelike elements reimagined. Each escape attempt presents new challenges. Armed guards and automated defenses stand between you and freedom. Will you embrace horror, mercy, or pure chaos? Will you be a silent predator stalking from the vents or an unstoppable force of nature? The path to freedom is yours to carve.
